Dr Vikrant Kishore runs a Masterclass for Media Teachers on AI Integration in Media Academia

Conference Masterclass & Roundtable: Identity, Culture, and Agenda-driven Newscast – ICAN International Journalism Conference was hosted by Delhi Metropolitan Education, affiliated with GGSIP University, India. Dr. Vikrant Kishore not only presented but also moderated an insightful round table discussion tailored for media academics: "Intersecting Worlds: The Implications of AI Integration in Media Academia." The session aimed to shed light on AI's revolutionary impact on media academia. It covered the current scenario, AI's diverse applications in Film & Media, and its overarching consequences for research, content generation, and data interpretation. Since 2018, ICAN has been a collaborative effort by the DME Media School and the School of Communication and Creative Arts at Deakin University, Melbourne, Australia.
